Taught live online, this workshop combines meditation practices with reflection, discussion, instruction and home practice in real time. Guided meditations are provided in class and through videos to support home practice. You will learn about many aspects of meditation and mindfulness practices, come to understand the challenges and benefits of developing a personal practice and learn to apply these practices in times of difficulty and of ease. A detailed study guide is provided to support your course experience, providing instructional highlights, home practice, and links to the weekly meditations.

I am fully certified to teach these four-week evidence-based courses which provide experience with meditation techniques to help manage stress and access greater inner resources for equilibrium and clarity. The courses combine instruction, ongoing reflection, guided meditation and the Koru app to help you begin or strengthen your meditation practice.
Koru was designed to meet the needs of young adults and, while it provides effective instruction for any age group, it is ideally suited for instruction at colleges and universities.

The Mindful Schools Curriculum is designed to bring highly effective, research-based mindfulness instruction to the K-12 classroom in a series of age appropriate lessons covering a variety of mindfulness and heartfulness practices. With training in the Mindful Schools Curriculum and years of experience as a professional educator, I am uniquely qualified to provide Mindful Schools instruction to your school.

An Introduction to Mindfulness
In a time of such uncertainty and challenge, meditation can provide a path home to your true peaceful and compassionate self. This presentation includes an introduction to the concepts and practices related to meditation and mindfulness, a discussion of the benefits of developing a personal practice, and a brief guided meditation to introduce participants to the experience of meditating.
Mindfulness in Schools
School can be a challenging place for students, faculty, administrators and staff. A growing body of research is providing strong evidence that mindfulness programs can help address many of those challenges. This presentation offers information about the ways in which mindfulness can help everyone in the school better cope with day-to-day stressors. It will also address how mindfulness can improve attention and focus and provide students with strategies for better self-management, creating a more positive and successful school environment.

This presentation provides insights into some of the challenges every parent faces and describes ways in which mindfulness can help enhance your relationship with your children and create a more positive environment in the home.

This interactive workshop, taught live online, is designed to help children and their families gain an understanding of the concepts and practices of mindfulness. Through activity and discussion, participants of all ages will learn how to develop habits which can help make mindfulness a routine shared by everyone in the home.

These highly successful companies are just a few of the many businesses around the world which have incorporated mindfulness and meditation into their wellness programs or business models. A positive workplace culture is a key component of a successful and prospering business, and yet often the culture is one of the most significant sources of work-related stress. This presentation provides reasons that businesses are turning to mindfulness as a means of improving both the health and productivity of their employees and their bottom lines, and describes ways to improve company culture through mindfulness practices.
Work with me one-on-one to develop a personal meditation and mindfulness practice. Individual sessions include guided meditations, instruction, and reflection regarding your experiences with meditation, as well as ongoing support for you in committing to a daily practice. These sessions are conducted live online or in person in the NE Ohio area.
