Taught live online, this workshop combines meditation practices with reflection, discussion, instruction and home practice in real time. Guided meditations are provided in class and through videos to support home practice. You will learn about many aspects of meditation and mindfulness practices, come to understand the challenges and benefits of developing a personal practice and learn to apply these practices in times of difficulty and of ease. A detailed study guide is provided to support your course experience, providing instructional highlights, home practice, and links to the weekly meditations.

These four-week evidence-based courses provide experience with meditation techniques to help manage stress and access greater inner resources for equilibrium and clarity. The Mindful Schools Curriculum is designed to bring highly effective, research-based mindfulness instruction to the K-12 classroom in a series of age appropriate lessons covering a variety of mindfulness and heartfulness practices. With training in the Mindful Schools Curriculum and years of experience as a professional educator, I am uniquely qualified to provide Mindful Schools instruction to your school.
This 8-week course provides personalized mindfulness and meditation instruction in an online or traditional, face-to-face format. Work with me one-on-one to develop a personal meditation and mindfulness practice. Individual sessions include guided meditations, instruction, and reflection regarding your experiences with meditation, as well as ongoing support for you in committing to a daily practice. These sessions are conducted live online or in person in the NE Ohio area.
When you subscribe to the Peaceability website, you will receive a link to participate in live online guided meditations at no cost to you. Drop in on the first and third Sunday of each month, from 7:30-8:30 pm (Eastern Time), for a live guided meditation with time set aside after the meditation to ask questions and reflect on your experience.
