Join me on the first and third Sunday of each month from 7:30 - 8:00 p.m. ET, for a free Live Online Guided Mindfulness Practice. Each session will include a Breath Awareness or Body Scan Practice and a brief time at the end to address your questions or reflections. Subscribe to receive the Zoom link!
Taught live online, these programs combine mindfulness practices with reflection, discussion, instruction and home practice for a deep learning experience. Guided practices are provided in class and through videos to support home practice. You will learn about many aspects of mindfulness, come to understand the challenges and benefits of developing a personal practice and learn to apply these practices in times of difficulty and of ease. A detailed study guide is provided to support your course experience, providing instructional highlights, home practice, and links to audio of the weekly practices. The 8-Week workshop is a deep dive into mindfulness, so the classes and practices tend to be longer. The 4-Week workshop draws its content from the 8-Week program in a less intensive format.

Presentations (offered in person or live online)
An Introduction to Mindfulness
In a time of such uncertainty and challenge, a practice of mindfulness can provide a path home to your true peaceful and compassionate self. This presentation includes an introduction to the concepts and practices related to mindfulness, a discussion of the benefits of developing a personal practice, and a brief guided mindfulness practice.
Mindfulness in Schools
School can be a challenging place for students, faculty, administrators and staff. A growing body of research is providing strong evidence that mindfulness programs can help address many of those challenges. This presentation offers information about the ways in which mindfulness can help everyone in the school better cope with day-to-day stressors. It will also address how mindfulness can improve attention and focus and provide students with strategies for better self-management, creating a more positive and successful school environment.
Mindful Living/Mindful Parenting
Parenting is one of the most important and rewarding roles in our lives, but it is also one of the most difficult. This presentation provides insights into some of the challenges every parent faces and describes ways in which mindfulness can help enhance your relationship with your children and create a more positive environment in the home.
Mindfulness at Work
What do Apple, Nike, Proctor & Gamble and Google all have in common? These highly successful companies are just a few of the many businesses around the world which have incorporated mindfulness into their wellness programs or business models. A positive workplace culture is a key component of a successful and prospering business, and yet often the culture is one of the most significant sources of work-related stress. This presentation provides reasons that businesses are turning to mindfulness as a means of improving both the health and productivity of their employees and their bottom lines, and describes ways to improve company culture through mindfulness practices.
Work with me one-on-one to develop a personal mindfulness practice. Individual sessions include guided practices, instruction, and reflection regarding your experiences with mindfulness, as well as ongoing support for you in committing to a daily practice. These sessions are conducted live online or in person.
