Koru Basic and Koru 2.0 4-Week Workshops
I am fully certified to teach these four-week courses which provide experience with meditation techniques to help manage stress and access greater inner resources for equilibrium and clarity. The courses combine instruction, ongoing reflection, guided meditation and the Koru app to help you begin or strengthen your meditation practice. Koru Basic is an introductory course, and Koru 2.0 is available for those who wish to deepen their practice.

Week 2: Walking Meditation, Gatha
Week 3: Guided Imagery, Labeling Thoughts
Week 4: Eating Meditation, Labeling Feelings
